When something gets stuck.

Recover from sign-in issues, failed saves, image errors and empty charts.

The login panel does not open

Wallet recovery and email verification are handled by Privy and the selected wallet provider. RESET has no custom recovery or account-merging UI.

  1. Wait for [loading connection] to finish. If the page shows a configuration error, use its retry action.
  2. Reload the page once and reopen [connect wallet]. Check whether a browser extension is blocking the Privy panel or wallet connection.
  3. If sign-in is unavailable, do not keep submitting a draft. Save your unsaved text separately until authentication is restored.

A draft will not save

Message / conditionWhat to do
Sign in to continue / invalid sessionReconnect, then retry. Preserve unsaved text first.
Draft changed in another windowCopy your unsaved changes, reload the latest draft and apply them again.
Invalid draftCheck the name, ticker and description limits.
Too many requestsWait a minute before retrying.
Draft limit reachedDelete an unused draft if you no longer need it.
Temporary service errorKeep your input and try again later; note any request ID.

An image is rejected or missing

Use an actual PNG, JPEG or WebP file under 2 MiB. The file’s declared type must match its bytes. Try exporting the image again rather than changing its extension.

An unpublished image belongs to its uploading account. A direct link without the right signed-in session is not a public sharing link. There is currently no image deletion UI to reclaim the upload quota.

The chart has no candles

No chart data is generated as a fallback. An empty state means no indexed history is available; an error state means the request failed. If an error is shown, use [retry]. Refreshing cannot create trades or activate an indexer.

What to include in a report

  1. The page and the action you tried.
  2. The exact visible error and approximate time.
  3. Browser and device type, and whether the issue repeats.
  4. A screenshot with emails, wallet details and other personal data hidden.
